Flight Owl, developed by TBM Solutions LLC
You can permanently delete your Flight Owl account and the personal data attached to it. There are two ways to do it, and you do not need to install or reopen the app to use the second one.
Deletion runs straight away. You are signed out and your data is removed.
If you no longer have the app installed, or you cannot sign in, send us a request and we will delete the account for you.

If you signed in, send it from the email address on the account so we can confirm it is yours. If you used Sign in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, send it from the private relay address Apple gave you, which is the address we hold.
If you never signed in, you can use Flight Owl without an account, and we hold no email address for you. Send the request from Profile, then Feedback, inside the app instead: that identifies your anonymous account for us. This is the one case that does need the app, because an anonymous account has nothing else to match you against.
We confirm every request and complete it within 30 days, usually much sooner.
Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel billing, because subscriptions are handled by the app store rather than by us. On iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Flight Owl, then tap Cancel Subscription.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you want your data before it goes, ask us for an export first and we will send you a JSON file with everything we hold, within 30 days. Signed in: email [email protected] from your account address. Not signed in: send the request from Profile, then Feedback, in the app. Wait until you have the file before deleting.
